Access to savvysicily.com constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions and notes governing its use.
After completing and sending the online form to request a (non-binding) booking to savvysicily.com, availability will be checked and you will be contacted as soon as possible to proceed with confirmation.
After receiving the request and checking availability Savvy Sicily will contact you to complete the reservation. Usually, a deposit is required or, in rare cases, the total balance (depending on the service). After which, for the issue of a regular tax receipt or invoice (on request), a customer copy of the payment, including tax code and residence must be presented. savvysicily.com will send confirmation indicating: the contact of the provider of the booked service and the location of the meeting point.
The majority of booked services can be cancelled free of charge within 7 days before delivery.
The deposit paid is not refundable. In case of unwarrented cancellation by the customer, the deposit is not refundable. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the customer is required to pay 100% of the service directly to the service provider.
Unfavourable weather and/or sea conditions
In the event of rough seas or a boat trip is cancelled by the provider, savvysicily.com will request for the date of the service to be moved or propose an alternative service. If this is not possible, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
In case of a lockdown, flight cancellation, quarantine or inability to use the booked services, savvysicily.com will issue a voucher for the same amount paid to be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
Changes to these terms and conditions
Savvysicily.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions under which the website is offered. These conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation and execution of these Conditions, the Court of Palermo will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Savvysicily.com is an online marketplace that promotes third party tourist services and limits itself to checking availability, providing customer assistance and closing transactions between the Customer and the Service Provider.

Savvysicily.com declines all responsibility for any inequity and is in no way responsible for damage to people or things that could occur during the use of tourist services.
