Agrigento & Turkish Steps full-day tour
The tour begins around 8 am with pick-up at your accommodation by luxury 8-seater vehicle and on to the famous city of Agrigento.
Here you will arrive at the ‘Valley of Temples’, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Seven Greek temples in total, the Temple of Concordia is one of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world on the site, you can also visit the remains of many other temples dedicated to various divinities such as Juno, Hercules, Hephaestus and Athena.
Before moving on, free tastings of typical Sicilian products along with water and red wine from Mount Etna will be on offer. If you prefer, you will have an hour of free time to do as you please. After a lunch break, onwards to the Turkish Steps, an amazing formation of dazzling white rock rising from the clear blue sea like giant steps between two sandy beaches. There’s plenty of free time to enjoy this unique location. Arrive back in Catania at around 7 pm.
