Alcantara River Trekking Experience

If you want an adrenaline-filled adventure, then the Alcantara River Trekking experience is for you!

This combines trekking, climbing and sometimes swimming along the river in the breath-taking Alcantara River Park.  The trek begins in groups with an assistant, downstream of the river, lasting for approximately 2 and a half hours and 4 km in length, during which, you will safely proceed along the riverbed of the river Alcantara, through rapids and waterfalls surrounded by breath-taking landscapes, until you reach the Gorges entrance. All equipment is supplied, you just have to come and enjoy the thrill!

Morning: 09:30  Afternoon: 15:30-booking essential (please arrive 15 minutes beforehand)
Depart: Agriturismo Valle Alcantara: Villa Savoja, 1 98030 Motta Camastra (ME). Gole dell’Alcantara.

Conditions

Excludes: everything not stated in ‘includes’. This is a medium level activity. Please bring a swimsuit and towel. All equipment is provided. It’s recommended to bring socks and a jumpsuit/leggings to wear under the provided dungarees. The excursion may be rescheduled or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
